High-Standard SPF Animal Center & Humanized Mouse Platform

Our facility features a high-cleanliness Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) animal center. The entire area is equipped with Individually Ventilated Cages (IVC) systems, and all animal procedures are conducted within Biosafety Cabinets (BSC). How CyTOF Works

CyTOF® (Mass Cytometry) combines fluidics-based cell interrogation with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Workflow:

The cell solution is placed into a nebulizer turning the mixture into an aerosol
The aeorsol is passed through a heated spray chamber where it is exposed to a plasma torch, which vaporizes and ionizes the cells
The ion cloud is passed through a quadrupole to remove biological elements and isolate the mass tags.
The mass tags are then separated by their mass-to-charge ratio in a time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
